     In order to speed up the construction of charging infrastructure such as charging piles, urban charging and swapping stations, and intercity fast charging stations, the state has successively issued the "Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Construction Plan", "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure" and Programmatic documents such as the "Guidelines for the Development of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure 2015-2025" have since established the guiding principle of "pile stations first" for advanced development, requiring that the proportion of new residential parking spaces built or reserved for installation of charging facilities should reach 100% %, large public buildings and public parking lots are not less than 20%, and private capital is also encouraged to participate in and increase support policies such as fiscal and taxation, finance, land use, and prices to support the construction of charging facilities. It is required that by 2021, a moderately advanced, smart and efficient charging infrastructure system with vehicle piles will be basically established to meet the charging needs of more than 35 million electric vehicles.
